Durability testing compresses years of real-world loading into weeks, to show a part or vehicle will last. RIGS & Roads lists servo-hydraulic test frames, multi-axis fatigue rigs and full-vehicle durability stands. Tell us your load case, such as proving-ground replication or block loading, and we'll find rigs that fit.
Force capacity
10–2,000 kN
Frequency range
0.1–100 Hz
Actuator stroke
±50–±250 mm
Control software
MTS, Instron, Schenck
A durability test rig (or fatigue test stand) applies repeated loads that copy real-world stress on a part or assembly. It shows whether the structure holds up, and predicts its service life without driving real road miles.
Component-level programmes can run 2–8 weeks. Full-vehicle proving-ground replication can run 3–6 months. Ask for the whole date range you need in your request.
For component-level testing (e.g. suspension arms), 10–100 kN rigs are typical. For full vehicles, 200–2,000 kN multi-actuator systems are used. Tell us your loads and we'll find rigs with enough capacity.
