How RIGS & Roads keeps your test plans and business relationships confidential.
Every request carries the standard mutual NDA by default (or your own). Until the facility accepts it, the facility sees only your dates and the equipment requested, not your test plan, special requirements or files. On listings marked “Public info” (compiled from public sources), the RIGS & Roads team handles your request and arranges the NDA with the lab before sharing your plan.
Your organization's identity is shared with the facility only when it approves your request. Facilities choose how their own listings appear: some show their name publicly, while restricted and confidential listings show only a summary to unverified visitors.
Any organization can list competitors' company domains. Matched organizations don't see each other's listings or requests, and nothing tells them they were excluded.
Terms, NDA and Work Order acceptances are recorded with who accepted, for which organization, and when. RIGS & Roads is not a party to the NDA or the Work Order. Both are between you and the lab.
Approvals, document uploads, acceptances and report rounds are logged with the actor and time. Personal data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See the Privacy Notice.
